Among the many high-quality products on show at the Scientific Games booth this week is Servizio – a suite of casino employee mobile applications designed for excellence in player service and operational efficiencies.
Servizio comes with a range of modules including Service Tracking manager, Jackpot Processing, Electronic Meal, Player Registration, Radio, Ticket Redemption and Remote Authorization.
Together they allow operators to elevate customer service, increase efficiency and manage the gaming floor proactively through such features as automated dispatch, mobile service solutions, complete reporting and an admin station.
